RFID technology empowers vehicle automatic identification access control system
The management of vehicle entry and exit in parks, factories, residential areas, and other places is a key aspect of daily operations. Traditional access control relies on manual registration and card recognition, which is inefficient and prone to problems such as missed registration and card loss. However, RFID technology compensates for this drawback and provides a new solution for vehicle automatic identification access control systems.
Large manufacturing plants, high-end residential communities, university campuses, and other scenarios all have a demand for high-frequency vehicle entry and exit. Taking a certain industrial park as an example, hundreds of employee vehicles, freight vehicles, and visiting buses enter and exit every day. Traditional manual registration is prone to congestion during peak hours, and the passage of each vehicle is long, which not only affects commuting efficiency but also increases security pressure. Since the introduction of RFID technology, vehicles can be quickly identified and released without stopping, effectively solving the problem of traffic efficiency and saving manpower for verification.
The system core consists of three parts:
One is the vehicle mounted RFID electronic tag, which stores basic information such as vehicle number and affiliation, has no battery and can be used for a long time;
The second is the RFID card reader next to the access control, which can recognize vehicle tags and quickly read letters;
The third is the backend management system. After comparing the vehicle information, registered vehicles can automatically lift the gate and release. At the same time, the system can record travel time in real-time and generate reports for easy traceability.
After being empowered by RFID technology, the efficiency of vehicle traffic has significantly improved, peak congestion has been reduced, and labor management costs have been lowered. Compared to traditional access control, the system does not require manual intervention, reducing operational errors; Electronic tags are not easily lost, have a long lifespan, and can also reduce maintenance costs in the later stages. At present, the plan has been implemented in multiple parks and residential areas, providing an efficient and reliable new solution for vehicle management.
